Procedure

 

Step 1: Contact

If you are interested in our services, you can call us or fill out the contact form. We will then have a brief phone conversation to discuss your needs and options.

Step 2: Intake

After the phone conversation, we will schedule an intake at your home. During the intake, the following will be discussed:

• Introduction

• Discussion of needs and preferences

• Discussion of the care au pair's accommodation and living arrangements

• Discussion of the care au pair's work schedule

Step 3: Follow-up Meeting

In the follow-up meeting, we will introduce you to the care au pair. Upon approval of the care au pair, we will together draft an agreement.

Step 4: Start Date

On the start date, the care au pair will come to your home and we will be present at the meeting to go through everything.

Step 5: Evaluations

There will be regular evaluations, but if everything is going well, these will become less frequent.
